Returns & Refunds
All products sold by SnapLayerCreations are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because every order is manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Requests made before production begins may be approved at our sole discretion.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to request a change shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@snaplayercreations.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best if production has not yet started.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the shipping label
This information may be required in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Failure to provide the requested documentation may delay or prevent resolution of the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, SnapLayerCreations may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom-made products
• Personalized items
• Color-selected items
• Limited edition items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items modified after delivery
• Digital products (if applicable)
• Items approved by the customer before production began.
Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and small cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
Because every item is custom manufactured, we do not offer exchanges.
If we make an error with your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued, at the sole discretion of SnapLayerCreations, under the following circumstances:
• We determine there was an error on our part.
• The shipment is confirmed lost and all carrier claim requirements have been satisfied.
• The order cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Buyer's remorse
• Ordering the wrong color
• Ordering the wrong size
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Minor cosmetic variations, visible layer lines, slight color differences, and small dimensional tolerances are inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Changes
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, requests to modify colors, personalization, or shipping information should be submitted immediately.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
Shipping Carrier Claims
If an order is damaged during shipping, SnapLayerCreations will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim.
Resolution may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Customers agree to cooperate with the claims process by providing photographs and any additional information requested.
