Processing Time

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order is expected to take longer than normal, we will contact you.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

SnapLayerCreations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement if the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact us before your order ships, we will gladly update the address.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 Hours of the delivery date.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
